Larson Cadillac is seeking a Journeyman Automotive Technician who can consistently produce in a high-volume, flat-rate service department.
This role is built for technicians who are already flagging hours and want a shop with steady workflow, efficient dispatch, and strong support.

What You’ll Do
- Perform diagnostics and repair work across mechanical and electrical systems
- Handle drivability, engine, transmission, suspension, and A/C repairs
- Maintain consistent flagged hours in a production environment
- Complete warranty and customer-pay work accurately
- Work efficiently while maintaining repair quality
What We’re Looking For
- Journeyman-level technician experience required
- Proven ability to flag hours consistently
- Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting ability
- Experience in flat-rate or high-volume shop preferred
- Reliable, production-focused work style

Requirements
- ASE certifications are ideal.
- Strong automotive background
- 1 year minimum shop experience
- Strong teamwork skills
- Ability to communicate clearly both verbally and written.
- Willing to submit to a drug screen & background check.
- Must have a clean & valid driver's license.
